A CLOSING WORD
I hope sincerely you had a chance to see our website and as you come back to visit we will be adding more to it, but I want you to consider one thing before you leave this site. In the world today thousands of missionaries are leaving the mission field. They are being ask to build ministries , feed the poor , help the less fortunate in life but you want us to do this with no support. Maybe you think us missionaries are just like Jesus we perform miracles. When we see somebody hungry we just shake a paper towel and out comes fried chicken with biscuits. Here in the Philippines I see so many dedicated pastors devoted to the Lord's work but very few who are devoted to helping the local pastor or the missionary pastor where he or she can truly make a difference in the lives of the people he or she is ministering too. I do not blame the average Christian for not helping us. I blame self centered self absorbed pastors who fail to bring attention to the work of missionaries because they are too busy trying to promote themselves while the world around them is going straight to hell ! In fact I doubt if some of these pastors even believe in hell. I know for sure they believe in chicken because you always find them at KFC , but believing there is a real hell I doubt it. I doubt it because more urgency is being put on churches to have a love affair with their pastor then honestly going out and winning the lost to Jesus Christ. The reason some of you pastors don't support us missionaries is because they're too lazy to walk across the street and share the gospel with somebody they don't know. They have mistaken the ministry for a career opportunity instead of a call from G-d. Since some of the pastors show so little concern for souls maybe they should get a real job and let somebody who has a call from above do what suppose to be done. Like winning a lost and dying world to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Now I know this kind of talk doesn't win a lot of friends and is not popular with fellow pastors, but I never accepted my calling to be popular ,but to share the truth of G-d regardless of the consequences of my actions. My ministry along with other missionaries needs help. Pastors it's time for you tell your people that we are not a myth. We are very much alive and we need the support of the Lord's people to carry out the mission G-d has given us. I do pray that people of local ministries will be bold enough to ask their local pastor " do you support Missionaries?" If they don't may I suggest you send your current pastor out to the mission field to see how hard a struggle it is for those of us who do missionary work , and find yourself a new pastor who believes in supporting missionaries !
